Øverrated previews RHP races. Oaklawn Park’s racing secretary is bold in the way that he incorporates Rating Handicaps into his condition book. Today’s eighth race conditions were open to approximately half of the country with ratings ranging from 50 down to 1. The wide swath of horses choose from produced a less than competitive race, but I am sure that trainer and racing secretary were satisfied that horses seeking an opportunity to run found one.
